    2. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

    3. Include the RMA Number: Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

    4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


    4. Refunds

    • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
